Wyoming "really needs a heck of a winter" to provide water for Nebraska

Continued dry weather in Wyoming has meant bad news for those parts of Nebraska that rely upon the Platte River. The high country in Wyoming needs to get a lot of snowfall this winter in order to recharge the water reservoirs and ensure a sufficient amount of water downstream.
