Ethanol remains a big consumer of water

An ethanol plant being built in a small town in Idaho will consume more than 10% of the town's daily water supply. Lots of good can come from the construction of new ethanol plants, but very little has been done to consider the full impact that many of these plants have on the larger water supply.
