Sewer rates to rise in Oskaloosa

The city of Oskaloosa is planning to raise sewer fees by up to 10% next month. The number of cities across Iowa that will soon experience rising sewer rates is considerable, given the DNR's project to re-assess water use and pollution regulations across the state.
