Nebraska legislators override governor's veto on fluoridation

Nebraska's state legislature closed its 2008 session by overriding Governor Heineman's veto of LB 245, which will require many of the state's smaller towns to start fluoridating their public water supplies if they don't already -- or to hold a public vote to pass an ordinance against doing so.
