Grand Island residents worry about storm drainage

A group of Grand Island residents are looking at creating a drainage district in order to install stormwater drainage pumps to help keep their area dry especially during spring rains. Stormwater drainage, treatment, and containment have become much more important over the last few years as Federal regulations tighten.
