Nebraska will probably be threatened with Republican River lawsuits again
October 30, 2007

A Nebraska state senator thinks that Kansas will threaten to sue Nebraska over which state gets what share of water from the Republican River, though he thinks Kansas will have a hard time bringing such a suit to fruition for now since Nebraska has been taking steps to reduce its water use and Kansas hasn't seen some of the conditions required to show significant damages. Meanwhile, lawsuits of a different type are being filed by farmers who use the Republican for irrigation, since they think they're being forced to bear a larger share of the costs of water conservation than they are responsible for.

We can help you with products for farm use, as well as with recycling water, which remains likely to emerge as one of the biggest demands on the water industry. Please feel free to contact us with your questions.
