Iowa Senate Passes Ethanol Requirement

The Iowa Senate approved a bill by 49-1 requiring that 25% of Iowa fuels come from biodiesel, ethanol, or other renewables by 2020. The system will reward gas stations meeting the new standards with tax credits.
