Drought Gets Worse; Southern Plains Get Wildfires

The shortage of precipitation means much of Iowa is well below normal for soil moisture, Nebraska is still mainly in moderate drought, and Oklahoma and Texas are catching fire. Natural fluctuations can't be controlled, and as populations and water demand increase, the importance of water re-use will increase along with it.
