Federal funding of $2 billion released for Iowa flooding recovery

FEMA is expected to release $2 billion in flooding-recovery funds to the state of Iowa in order to help with cleanup and rebuilding. In the long term, lots of funding will be required to improve the state's stormwater-management systems.
