Iowa state climatologist not worried about snow deficit

Iowa's gotten much less snowfall than usual so far this winter, but the state climatologist says he's not concerned, since snowfall is usually only 8% of annual precipitation in the state. That's in stark contrast with Nebraska, which relies heavily upon snowfall in the Rockies to melt and recharge the rivers.
