Arizona Launches Water Institute

The Arizona Water Institute is a state initiative to collect information about water use, reuse, and preservation and to spread it widely via a "virtual university." The organization doesn't yet appear to have its own website, but rather appears as an extension (so far) of the Arizona Water program and the UA Water Resources Research Center.
