Mountain West Expects Bad Wildfire Season

The Mountain West, especially Colorado, faces an unusually bad wildfire season as grasslands have gone with half their normal precipitation since November. Mountain snowpacks are down and the Colorado governor's office has released special funds for firefighting a month earlier than usual to help.
